With over 25 years of software & technology industry experience, Joseph previously held the title, VP of Technology, at Maximizer Software Inc. where he was responsible for directing the vision and architecture of Maximizer’s line of CRM products. After he moved to Hong Kong in 2014, he started his own consulting business @ Dataport Limited. Joseph also currently holds the chairman position for the public company, abcMultiactive in Hong Kong. With tremendous experience in management and entrepreneurship, Joseph co-founded NovaVolta in 2019.
Nelson Ho, CTO / COO
Nelson has keen interest in both software and hardware. He worked in IBM for over 15 years and did a lot of electronic projects as a hobby. At IBM, he was a travelling consultant help clients in different industries including insurance, government and pharmaceutical sectors and received numerous awards from IBM and his clients. Nelson eventually got tired of travelling and left IBM and accepted a job in a public company in Hong Kong as a board member. With vast experience and strategy, he co-founded NovaVolta in 2019.
Susanna Chow, Chief Marketing Officer
Susanna has extensive experience in software and electronic hardware engineering. She was a microprocessor designer at LSI logic and then NEC. Later at PMC Sierra, she picked up ISO 9001 quality management. Amongst other things, she also held an MBA degree in finance @UBC. During recent years, her focus had been in marketing and sales of real estate properties in Hong Kong. Susanna’s broad range of skills is of tremendous value to NovaVolta.
